NBPGR Recruitment 2014 – Walk in for Sr Research Fellow Posts: National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR) has posted employment notification for the recruitment of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) vacancies under DST funded project titled “Digitization of National Herbarium of Cultivated Plants (NHCP)” and NFBSFARA (ICAR) project titled “Development of sucrose sensor for phenotyping of soil moisture deficit stress tolerance in rice”. Eligible candidates may attend the interview on 16-04-2014 by 10.00 AM and 21-04-2014 by 11.00 AM. 1. DST Project: 01 Post
2. NFBSFARA (ICAR) project: 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules and 05 years age relaxation is applicable to women candidates.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.Sc in Botany/ Life Sciences or equivalent with Botany at least up to B.Sc level with NET qualification for SRF (DST Project) and M.Sc in Botany/ Agriculture/ Plant Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Plant Genetic Resources/ Life Sciences for SRF (NFBSFARA Project) with 60% marks.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend the interview along with detailed biodata, original and attested copies of relevant certificates, mark cards, other testimonials for verification and mention post & name of the project applied for on top, held at NBPGR, New Building Pusa Campus, New Delhi on 16-04-2014 by 10.00 AM & 21-04-2014 by 11.00 AM.
