Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 35 years as on 14-05-2014. Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC will be applicable as per rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS & PG Degree/ Diploma in concerned specialty for Sr.No:A Post, Post Graduation degree or equivalent (after MBBS) with 3 years experience after Post Graduation or 5 years experience after Post Graduation Diploma in respective speciality for Sr.No:B Post.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications on or before 12-05-2014 & attend for interview along with biodata, originals & attested copies of age proof, qualification, attempt, mark sheets, MCI/ State Registration, Category & experience certificate etc & two recent passport size photographs on 14-05-2014 at 9:00 AM.
