3. Finance cum Logistic Assistant, NVBDCP: 01 Post
4. Consultant, O & G (SIH & FW): 01 Post
5. Assistant Manager Procurement & Logistic (SIH & FW): 01 Post
6. Doctor (Assistant Surgeon): 01 Post
7. Administrative Assistant, NLEP: 01 Post
8. District Leprosy Consultant, NLEP: 10 Posts
9. RMNCH Counselor: 06 Posts
10. GIS Assistant, NVBDCP: 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates lower age limit is 21 years and upper age limit is 40 years, 68 years for candidates from M.B.B.S background as on 01-05-2014.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Inter C.A/ Inter ICWA for Post 1, Graduation for Posts 2, 3, 7 & 10, M.B.B.S with M.D in O & G for Post 4, Master’s degree/ M.B.A for Post 5, M.B.B.S for Post 6, Medical Graduation or BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS for Post 8 and Bachelor’s degree/ B.Sc Nursing for Post 9.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.nrhmorissa.gov.in on or before 20-05-2014 by 11.59 PM. After applying online, take print out of system generated application form and send it along with self attested copies of all relevant documents, in an envelope superscribed with name of the post applied for, send by registered/ speed post/ courier addressed to Mission Directorate (NHM), Annex Building of SIH & FW, Nayapalli, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar 751012, Khurda (Odisha) on or before 25-05-2014 by 05.00 PM.


Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Log on to the website www.nrhmorissa.gov.in.
2. Click on Apply Online —> Application Form.
3. Fill all the mandatory details and Submit.
4. Take print out of system generated application form and send it along with relevant documents.


Important Dates:
Last Date for Submission of Online Applications: 20-05-2014 by 11.59 PM.
Last Date for Receipt of Hard Copy of Applications: 25-05-2014 by 05.00 PM.
