Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 39 years for Sr Manager Post, 37 years for Manager Post, 34 years for Dy Manager Post, 29 years for Asst Manager Post, 30 years for BC candidates, 32 years for MBC/ DNC candidates, 35 years for SC candidates for Officer Post, 43 years for Asst Gen Manager Post, 30 years for General Turn candidates, 30 years for BC candidates, 32 years for MBC/ DNC candidates, 35 years for SC/ ST candidates for Plant Engineer, Officer (Secretarial) Posts, 30 years for BC candidates, 35 years for SC candidates for Officer Post as on 01-05-2014.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess First Class full time B.E/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology for Manager, Dy Manager, Asst Manager Posts, Full time Arts/ Science/ Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR for Manager Post, First Class full time Engineering Degree with First Class Post Graduation Diploma in Materials Management for Officer Post.
