1. AYUSH doctor (Ayurvedic) -MHU: 01 Post
2. Physiotherapist: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21 years to 37 years for Sl No 1 Post, 21 years to 35 years for Sl No 2 Post as on 01-06-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor degree in (BAMS) from recognized university and must have registered name in the respective council of Odisha for Sl No 1 Post, Bachelor in Physiotherapy from a recognized university/ institution & minimum 1 year experience in physiotherapy unit for Sl No 2 Post.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend the interview along with application in prescribed format, Two copies of passport size colour attested photographs, Attested photo copies of all mark sheets & certificates, Experience certificate if any, by superscribing the envelope as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST (NAME OF THE POST)” , original documents for verification at Training Hall of the CDMO, Angul on 12 & 13-06-2014 at 9:00 AM.
