Haryana Health Department Recruitment 2014 – 504 Medical Officer Posts: Health Department, Govt of Haryana invites applications for the recruitment of 504 Medical Officer HCMS-II Vacancies on regular basis. Name of the Post: Medical officers (HCMS-II)
1. General: 295 Posts
2. SC: 89 Posts
3. BC: 14 Posts
4. ESM/ DESM: 41 Posts
5. PH: 50 Posts
6. SPL BC: 07 Posts
7. Eco.BC persons in General Castes: 07 Posts
8. Dependent of Freedom Fighter: 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 22 years and not more than 40 years as on 01-10-2013. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in Medicine and Surgery of a recognized University or any recognized equivalent degree of any other University or Institutions recognized by the Medical Council of India and registered with Haryana or Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India.


Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview.


Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- for General Category & dependent of ESM candidates, Rs. 250/- for woman, SC/ BC/ PH/ ESM candidates of Haryana only deposited in the Haryana Government Treasury under the Head Treasury Major Head 0210, Sub Major Head 04, Minor Head 800 Sub Head 9851 or send fee through Bank Draft in favour of Director General Health Services, Haryana Panchkula Payable at Panchkula.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with relevant testimonials, certificates (attested) and two recent passport size photographs (One photograph should be pasted on right hand top corner at the space provided in the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and second be attached with the application from), by superscribing the envelope as “Application for the post of Medical Officer” send to Director General Health Services, Haryana, Sector-6, Panchkula on or before 16-06-2014 and attend the interview at O/o DGHS, Haryana, Sector-6, Panchkula.


Last Date for Submission of Application: 16-06-2014.
