HEC Ltd Recruitment 2014 – 50 Manager Posts: Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited (HEC Ltd) has given a notification for the recruitment of 50 Senior Manager, Manager and Deputy Manager vacancies in Technical & Non Technical disciplines. 1. Senior Manager (Tech/ HR/ Fin/ Law): 19 Posts
2. Manager (Tech/ HR/ Fin/ Law/ Security): 12 Posts
3. Deputy Manager (Tech/ HR/ Fin): 19 Posts

b. Metallurgy
c. Electrical
d. Civil
e. HR
f. Finance
g. Law
h. Security


Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 45 years for Post 1, 38 years for Post 2 and 34 years for Post 3 as on 30-06-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Full time Degree course in respective discipline of Engineering or Graduation in any stream with M.B.A in HRM or P.G Diploma in Personnel Management or C.A/ ICWA or L.L.B with relevant post qualification experience.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in interview.


Processing Charges: Candidates need to Pay Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft on any nationalized bank drawn in favour of “M/s Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd” payable at Ranchi. No charges for SC/ ST/ PH/ internal candidates.
