ACTREC Recruitment 2014 – Sr Research Fellow Posts: Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) has advertised notification for recruitment of Senior Research Fellow Vacancies for the project entitled “Integrative Analysis of Genomic and Transcriptomic alterations Associated with Node-Metastasizing Oral Cancers”. ACTREC Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Sr. Research Fellow

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc. in Life Sciences or allied subject areas with 60% marks plus at least two years of post M.Sc. research experience. The candidate must be familiar with standard tissue culture and molecular biology techniques such as DNA RNA extraction, PCRs, QRT PCRs, FISH, IHC and Western blotting. Candidate with experience in analysis of array CGH, Gene Expression arrays data will be preferred.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may Pre-Register for Interview by sending their applications in the prescribed format by e-mail to program.office@actrec.gov.in on or before 06-10-2014 upto 17.00 Hrs and attend for Interview on 08-10-2014 along with originals, covering letter with statement of purpose and CV with contact details of 2 referees and submit the photocopies (attested) of the certificates, with a recent passport size photograph. Only Registered candidates are allowed for Interview.
