1. Research Officer: 03 posts
Technical Posts:
2. System Manager: 01 post
3. Assistant Manager: 02 posts
4. Technical Assistant: 01 post
5. District Technical Coordinator: 11 posts
Age Limit: Candidate should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Phil. /Ph.D. with minimum of three (3) years of research experience in a Govt. Recognized University/ Institution in the field of Public Administration for S.No.1 post, M.E. / M.Tech./ Ph.D. in Information Technology (IT)/ Electronics and Communication (EC) for remaining posts.
Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs.800/- for General, Rs.400/- for SC, ST, BC and Single Girl Child.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Test & Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.dgrpunjab.gov.in from 10-10-2014 to 05-11-2014.

1. Log on through the website www.dgrpunjab.gov.in
2. Click on the “recruitment of staff in the Directorate of Governance Reforms link?
3. Before applying online candidates have to scan the copies of photograph and signature.
4. Read the notification & instructions carefully before applying online.
5. Now click on the “Online Application” link.
6. Fill the details carefully.
7. Upload the scanned copies of photograph and signature.
8. Click on the “Submit Form” an unique login id and password will be displayed on the screen.
9. Note down the login id and password for future use.
10. Now take the printout copies of application form and challan form.
11. Pay the fee in proper method.
12. Keep copy of application form and challan form for future use.
