Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 45 years for S.No- 1, 41 years for S.No- 2, 26 years for S.No- 3 and 29 years for S.No- 4 as on 13-04-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile/ Production with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA for S.No- 1a, 1b & 1d, two years full time MBA (HR/ IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with (HR/ IR)/ Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 years full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislation with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA for S.No- 1c. Selection Process: Candidates will be called for test/ interview.

Executive Posts: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- (Not applicable for SC/ ST/ PWDs) by downloading the challan available in the BEML website and by remitting the same only in State Bank of India in the BEML Account No-31006750220.
Office Assistant (Rajbhasha): Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- (Not applicable for SC/ ST/ PWDs) by downloading the challan available in the BEML website and by remitting the same only in State Bank of India in the BEML Account No-31006750220
