Office of the District Judge Nabarangpur Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 23
Name of the Post:
1. Stenographer Grade-III: 05 posts
2. Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist: 14 posts
3. Jr. Typist: 04 posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be above 18 years and below 32 years for all posts as on 30-06-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Higher Secondary or equivalent & must have at least Diploma in Computer Application for all posts. Junior Typist candidates must have knowledge of type writing & minimum speed of 40 words in English Typewriting per minute, Stenographer candidates have knowledge of shorthand and have minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in English Typewriting per minute.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Type writing test (for Typist), short-hand & Typewriting test (for stenographer), computer test and viva voce test.
Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- in shape of the Treasury Challan under the head “0070- Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501-Services and Service Fees-0010-Charges for Service provided-02177-Examination Fees for Recruitment conducted by Orissa District and Subordinate Courts”.SC/ ST candidates are exempted from Fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format along with two self signed recent passport size photographs, self attested copies of certificates and mark sheets of educational qualification, certificate of Diploma in Computer Application, caste certificate in case of Reserved Category etc. in an top of the envelope should be mentioned in bold letters “Name of the Post applied for” either person or by post to the Office of the Shri H.S.Brahma, District Judge, Nabaranpur on or before 30-06-2015.
